Christmas Pudding (Vegetarian)

These puddings are famous through London, appearing each year in some of the city's smartest food shops. Nigel Barrow himself is not your average producer of deli goods: the "about" section of his facebook page lists "rock star", "poet" and "white van man" amongst his other activities.

In Nigel's own words: "I have been making the puddings on a small scale for over 15 years. For the past 8 years I have hired a commercial kitchen in Hackney, E. London and sold them to delicatessens all over London and also on the South Coast."

 Round, wrapped in white muslin and delicious.
