Dennis Gwatkin's cider vinegar

Gwatkin is a reknowned cider maker from Hereford’s golden valley. To make the vinegar: (1) he presses his own apples (naturally farmed & unsprayed) (2) without adding anything he leaves the wild yeasts to transform the juice into cider (3) still without adding anything the cider turns to vinegar. The cider is very drinkable, excellent in a dressing and as also has a range of benefits for skin and hair.
