This is the last run of our Market Barrow. We hope it's been useful! If any of you are still shielding or for whatever reason find it hard to get hold of farmers market produce please just get in touch in the usual way: we'll make sure you don't go short.

For the rest, I hope you will come to visit us in person, either at Stroud Green Market or at our new Saturday venture in Tufnell Park which opens on the 1^st of May.

This is a 100% sourdough baguette at roughly 300g. Made with a blend of specially sourced French flours, risen naturally with our sourdough starter and fermented for 24hrs. The crust is thin and crispy and the open crumb inside is moist and delicate - just like a baguette should taste.
