All of the fresh meat here comes from Haye Farm in East Devon. Rearing traditional English breeds that yield less but taste better, Harry & Emily give their animals a natural outdoor life with as much grazing and foraging as they like. Their “regenerative” approach to farming means that the animal manure becomes the fertilizer the soil needs to help the plants grow, and in turn the wheat and other crops are used to feed the animals.
“Our systems are rotational, everything is continually moving, our moveable chicken coops are always on the move. This improves soil fertility, ensuring crop productivity whilst maintaining healthy plant and animal welfare. It also eliminates the buildup of disease, parasites, pests, nitrates and other negative impacts on the land and environment.
