Living in Stoke Newington but making cider down in Somerset, Luke Mccoy is the perfect Stroud Green Market producer. He sells his own vintages and has this year bottled his first sparkling perry. Luke might be a modern man but his cider represents the best of an ancient tradition, being sweet, tangy, "appley" and fizzy in equal measure.
