Founded 2020 by Laurent 'LoLo' Mekul, head miller at e5 bakehouse in East London. LoLo specialises in milling high-quality wholemeal flour from organic UK grains.
Using a small stone mill, the grains are locally milled in Crouch End. The variety ranges from Einkorn, heritage wheats and rye to spelt,
depending on the availability of interesting grains. Currently, LoLo sells flour every other Sunday at Stroud Green Market.
